The office space itself was tidy, well-planned, and welcoming. The high standards for which Qatar Airways is renowned worldwide were mirrored in it. The smooth experience was enhanced by the quick access to printed brochures and real-time updates, which I valued.
In a world when good customer service is getting harder to find, the staff at the Qatar Airways office in Toronto really made an impression. I was left with a lasting impression by their commitment to client pleasure and sincere desire to assist.
