ANALYSIS
The Prophet envisions Israel recouping territorial losses by territorial incursion. Judahites from the Negeb will conquer the territories of Edom. Judahites of the Judean foothills will conquer the land of the five Philistine city-states. Judahites will re-incorporate into their kingdom the land of Samaria, the Galilee, and even the Phoenician coast.
